Bilal AI is an independently operated AI chat assistant, run by a single individual rather than a registered company, offered free of charge. The underlying language model is self-hosted on our own infrastructure — no third-party AI provider is involved in generating responses.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are between 13 and 16 in a jurisdiction where a lower age of consent applies to you, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

It runs on a single server and may be interrupted, modified, or discontinued at any time, with or without notice — this is a free, independently operated service, not a commercial product with contractual availability guarantees.
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or for the accuracy, reliability, or availability of AI-generated content.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law — including mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of habitual residence, which these Terms do not override.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, or discontinue the Service entirely, at our discretion.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence, where applicable under EU consumer-protection rules.
